Exercising can make you pee more because exercising puts pressure on your bladder and pelvis which can cause you to pee more and even cause you to leak urine.

When you're exercising though you should be sweating which means that you should not have to pee as much but some people do need to pee more after exercising which is normal and some people need to pee less after exercising which is also normal.

Urinating more than 10 times per day can be normal depending on how much you drink and whether you're drinking things with caffeine such as coffee.

Coffee that is caffeinated is a diuretic and some people who drink a cup of coffee may need to urinate within 10 minutes or even less after drinking that cup of coffee.

If I drink coffee I have to pee within about 10 minutes of drinking it so I try to not drink too much coffee if I'm going on a long road trip.

I sometimes pee 10 to 15 times per day myself and other days I only pee every 2 to 4 hours.

If you suddenly started peeing more than 10 times per day then you may have an overactive bladder and should see a doctor especially if the peeing more than 10 times per day still occurs after a week or so.

Everyone pees different amounts through the day and some people pee more than others.
