If you're a male and leaking or dribbling some urine after you get done peeing then it could be that you have a weak bladder.

Or if you're dribbling urine when your bladder is full or half full then you likely have a slight bout of urinary incontinence.

Some people  have full on urinary incontinence where they completely lose bladder control and some people leak small amounts of urine.

If you're constantly leaking or dribbling urine I would recommend putting a male incontinence pad in your underwear or boxes to catch the dribbling urine.

Or wear an adult pull up absorbent underwear.

If you're just leaking urine a bit you don't really need a full on tape on adult diaper but if your incontinence gets worse then using an adult diaper would be a good option to keep your pants from getting wet.

I'm a female and sometimes dribble urine myself and so I will sometimes put a baby diaper in my panties which helps catch the pee.

You could also as a male buy some baby diapers and use them in your underwear to catch the pee.

If you continue leaking urine you should let your doctor know about it because you might have a bladder infection or just simply have weak bladder muscles.

If it's just a little pee after peeing then try peeing out some more before you pull your pants up.

Dribbling or leaking urine is very common in older men because the muscles surrounding the urethra — the long tube in the penis that allows urine to pass out of the body don't squeeze as hard as they once did.

This leaves a small pool of urine at a dip in the urethra behind the base of the penis. In less than a minute after finishing, this extra urine dribbles out.

To stop dribbling urine, right after your urine stream stops, "milk out" the last few drops of urine.

Using your fingertips of one hand, begin about an inch behind your scrotum.

Then gently press upward and keep applying this pressure as you move your fingers toward the base of the penis under the scrotum. Repeat once or twice.

This should move the pooled urine into your penis.

You can then shake out the last few drops.
