Eating fried foods can lead to heart disease because the fried foods can clog your arteries.

However it's okay to eat fried foods in moderation and simply eating some fried foods will not cause you to develop heart disease.

Not everyone who eats fried foods has or develops heart disease or dies sooner than those who eat more healthy.

But if you eat too much fried foods then all that grease and oil can harm your heart and cause you to possibly have a heart attack.

Fried foods are packed full of calories as well which means eating a lot of fried foods especially meat such as fried chicken can cause weight gain and obesity and being over weight makes your heart work harder which can cause your heart to fail sooner.

As long as you're eating other healthy foods and getting plenty of exercise and staying active then eating some fried foods is perfectly fine.

Just don't eat too much fried foods and stay active and you'll be okay.
