There are some parents that make their kids wear diapers for diaper punishment, for bed wetting for wetting their pants etc.
However the only time my parents made me wear diapers was when I was a baby and until I was potty trained around 3 years old.
Other than that my parents never forced me to wear diapers even though I was trying to get them to make me wear diapers.
But it never happened.
I was caught wearing diapers by my mom though when I was around 5 but she got mad and made me take the diaper off.
When I have kids one day I'm gonna make my kids wear diapers all the time and will not potty train them at all.
They will wear diapers from birth until they are at least 18 or as long as they live with me.
I will also change their diapers and when home they will wear nothing but the diaper and a shirt and socks.
My parents probably do know I love to wear diapers because as a kid at around 5 years old my mom caught me wearing one of my brothers Pampers diapers.
However that was around 27 years ago now.
So maybe my parents have forgotten about it which I hope they did.

There's really no point in telling your parents that you love to wear diapers.
Telling your parents you love to wear diapers is really not a good idea because they may not approve of it and may get mad at you and then once you tell them you love diapers they will always know about it.
The best thing to do is just buy the diapers yourself and wear them in secret without your parents knowing.
My parents caught me wearing diapers as a kid and were really mad at me and made me throw the diapers out that I bought.
However I did sneak the diapers back into the house during the night.
