Then just go to your bank and ask the bank for some temporary checks.
These temporary checks are also known as starter checks and are usually free for a few of them but if you need more than a few temporary checks from the bank then their might be a fee.
I've had no issues getting a few temporary checks from my bank when I've run out of regular checks and was waiting on a new order of checks in the mail.
I usually order my checks online which is cheaper and when you order checks from your bank they will usually order your checks from an online check company as well.
