Yes vinegar does remove chocolate stains.

To use vinegar to remove chocolate stains apply some vinegar to the chocolate stain so that you pre treat the chocolate stain with the vinegar and allow the vinegar to sit for a few minutes.

The longer you allow the vinegar to sit on the chocolate stain the better.

Then you can take some more vinegar and pour some more vinegar onto the chocolate stain and take a toothbrush and scrub the chocolate stain and it should begin coming out.

If not you may need to soak the stain in some vinegar and baking soda or even just the baking soda itself.

Then be sure to rinse the garment off with water so that the acid in the vinegar does not ruin the garment.

Sometimes you may need to allow the garment with the chocolate stain to soak in some warm water with your laundry detergent and baking soda for really stubborn chocolate stains.

To remove chocolate stains you can also rub liquid laundry detergent or dish soap on the chocolate stained area and soak the clothing in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes.

Then if needed repeat this step if you aren't seeing any improvement.
