I wear diapers full time now by choice and during the summer when it's hot out and I have to wear clothes over my diaper I get sweaty in the diapers.
I deal with sweating in my diapers by applying some diaper rash cream and also applying baby powder to my diaper before putting it on.
The baby powder helps to soak up the sweat in the diaper and it prevents rashes as well.
You can also use petroleum jelly to your skin that the diaper covers.
Also change the diaper more often when you're sweating.
If it's hot out and you're at home inside your house you can just wear the diaper without pants which is what I do.
Also like right now it's hot out and I have a fenced in back yard and I'm sitting outside on my patio wearing just my diaper and shirt.
Just the diaper and shirt keeps me cooler and I sweat less and I'm also more comfortable being in just my diaper and shirt just like the boy in my avatar.
I used to get tired of wearing diapers after awhile.
When I did get tired of wearing diapers I could go a week or even a few months without wanting to wear diapers again.

I wear diapers all the time now and never use the toilet anymore except when I sit on the toilet when my diaper is full and I want to pee in it again before taking a shower.
I love to sit on the toilet wearing just the diaper and then pee in a full diaper and have the pee leak through the leg gathers into the toilet.
I'll also do this outside sitting on the ground or swinging on my swing.
I'll continue wearing the wet diaper and let it leak and it feels good.
