There's no actual animal that is known to actually have 100000000000 teeth as it's an exaggeration of internet claims or even trivia questions that are related to some animals that have a huge amount of teeth.

The 100,000,000,000 teeth or 100 billion teeth count often stems from a viral internet meme that asks users to search for the dinosaur with 500 teeth.

The dinosaur that had 500 teeth was the Nigersaurus, which was a 30 foot long herbivore from the Cretaceous period who had exactly 500 replaceable teeth.

And because it's name is also similar to a racial slur, it also became a popular bait search on social medial platforms which include Facebook and TikTok.

There are also some biological animals that have the highest number of teeth over their lifetime, which includes the Umbraculum umbraculum Umbrella Snail, Common Garden Snail, Sharks, Hadrosaurs "Duck Billed Dinosaurs" and even Dolphins.

Dolphins, among mammals, especially certain species of dolphins have the highest count of teeth, which is up to 240 teeth.

Hadrosaurs also known as Duck billed Dinosaurs are dinosaurs that possessed dental batteries that contain between 1,000 to 1,400 teeth for grinding up tough vegetation.

Sharks, while they only have about 3,000 teeth at once, some species of sharks can grow and lose over 30,000 to 50,000 teeth in their single lifetime.

Common garden snails can have around 12,000 to 14,000 teeth arranged in rows on their tongue like radula.

And the umbrella snails, which are sea slugs are often cited as having the most teeth, with some estimates reaching as many as 750,000 radular teeth over their lifetime.
