Yes you can take ibuprofen and magnesium together.
However be aware that prolonged use of both ibuprofen and magnesium can cause gastrointestinal irritation and other intestinal issues.
So don't overdo it and only take the ibuprofen and magnesium together for a short period of time.
Also only take the recommended dosage of ibuprofen and magnesium and do not overdose on it as it can cause more serious health issues and even death.
I do take ibuprofen and magnesium together sometimes but mostly I prefer to take the ibuprofen and magnesium separately and about a few hours after each other so that they do not cause any potential interactions with each other.
I asked my doctor if it were safe to take both ibuprofen and magnesium at the same time and together and the doctor said it was okay but not to do so too long as in prolonged use of both ibuprofen and magnesium together should not be done but in the short term it's okay.
