Well there's no actual height reduction surgery procedure that is done to reduce your height.
There is a way to reduce your height through surgery by cutting part of your leg bone to get you shorter.
But the height reduction surgery is more done to fix the height differences between legs.
For example if you have one leg longer than the other leg the surgeon can correct the height difference by cutting off part of the bone on the longer leg.
Then that would be the surgery done so that both your legs would be the same length.
No actual height reduction surgery to lower your actual height exists and it would not be a good thing to do either.
Being tall would be a good thing instead of being shorter.
