Eye boogers are made of mucus that forms in your eye lids to help keep your eyes closed when asleep.

The eye boogers are like a natural glue that temporarily glues your eyelids shut to help keep you asleep.

The eye boogers are less gross than nose boogers but you still should never eat them.

I can remember my younger brother used to eat both his boogers from his nose as well as his eye boogers which was really gross to me.

You can remove the eye boogers with a warm wash cloth that is wet with some water which is what I do in the mornings when I wake up.

Eating snot is bad because it's gross and introduces germs back into your body.

However you're unlikely to get harmed by eating your own snot and it's supposed to boost your bodies immune system.

But I still would not recommend eating your own snot as there are much healthier ways of boosting your immune system than eating your snot.

Eating boogers is also gross and should not be done.

Every adult in the world picks their nose whether they admit to it or not.

There was a survey that was taken online and about 91 percent of the adults who took the survey said that they pick their nose even as adults.

However that is not every adult in the world who responded but at least the majority of the adults surveyed said they picked their nose at least some of the time.

Kids and teens pick their noses more than adults do but all adults pick their nose at least sometimes whether they deny it or not.

Even myself as an adult I pick my nose sometimes especially when I have some hard boogers in my nose that I need too or want to get out.

It's okay to pick your nose unless you're causing bleeding or eating the boogers.

Just make sure you Wash your hands after picking your nose and before you eat or prepare food.
