Yes camping in a tent is pretty safe.

Anything can happen but if you're out camping in the wilderness in a tent then it's unlikely you're gonna get robbed, murdered attacked etc.

Even getting attacked by animals in your tent when sleeping is very unlikely.

Also if you're tent camping in a state park then they usually have rangers that roam around and watch things.

So tent camping in a state park is even safer than tent camping just anywhere.

I've been tent camping for years and never have been harmed by humans or by animals.

If you can you might want to bring a gun just in case and you may need it for snakes.

But just be aware that some state parks may not allow guns.

No trip is complete without lengthy fees. Sometimes finding the right things takes a lot of time, nerves and can cause a quarrel in the family. The site presents travel goods for every taste: organizers, thermo mugs, travel bags and much more. Here you can buy the necessary travel accessory for a long trip or short-term vacation in nature. I found a very cool tent there. Now hiking in the mountains has become much more comfortable.

Just about to go camping with my spouse, and I'm wondering if it's completely safe, too. I think it is.
You just need to place your tent not in the thickest part of the forest, take all your stuff with you into the tent and leave a small campfire to scare off wild animals.
