Yes you can use diaper rash cream to prevent diaper rash on your baby or toddler.

Diaper rash cream helps to prevent diaper rash on your baby or toddler by protecting the skin against the urine and the diaper rash cream repels the urine from the skin so the baby or toddler does not get a diaper rash.

The best way to prevent diaper rash though is to change your babies wet and soiled diapers often enough as in every 2 to 4 hours depending on how much your baby or toddler wets or poops their diaper.

Poop diapers should be changed as soon as you notice and wet diapers should be changed every 2 to 3 to 4 hours depending on the age of the baby or toddler.

The older the baby the less often they need a diaper change.

Diaper rash cream should always be used at night when the baby or toddler will be in the same wet diaper for longer than 4 hours.

Disposable diapers that are made today are made really great and keep the baby or toddler dry as long as they are not full and soaked.
