The reason that monounsaturated fats are best for your health is it lowers your cholesterol levels which also benefits your heart health.

When you consume monounsaturated fats your cholesterol levels lower which is a good thing and your heart becomes healthier as well.

People who consume more monounsaturated fats have a lower risk of heart disease, heart attacks, strokes and even death from those conditions.

When you eat monounsaturated fats in your diet you're usually much healthier as a result.

The monounsaturated fats can also help prevent clogged or blocked arteries which can lead to heart attacks, strokes and even death.

Eating monounsaturated fats also keeps your LDL levels low which when your LDL levels are high it increases your risk of heart disease, heart attacks, strokes etc.
