The best adult diaper for adults is the Northshore Supreme diaper or the Simplicity Adult diaper.
Those are the two I've tried.
I mostly wear the Simplicity Plastic Backed adult diapers which are cheap but good diapers.
Also for extra absorbency I would recommend getting some Luvs size 6 Triple Leak Guards diapers which are also cheap and then place them into your adult diaper.
I ca almost fit into size 6 Luvs diapers because they are pretty big.
But I use them as extra absorbency for the adult diaper when I need too.
Diapers marketed for adults are usually called absorbent underwear or briefs.
Some places online just call the adult diapers diapers which they are.
I have no problem calling the adult diapers what they are which is diapers.
