Baby diapers are sized smaller than adult diapers and so most adults unless they were really skinny would not fit into any baby diapers even the largest sizes.

However I remember seeing a video on Youtube where some adult skinny guy was wearing and wetting a Parents Choice Size 7 diaper.

I did not see the waistband of it but it looked like it fit him pretty good for a baby diaper.

But if you need to wear diapers or want to wear diapers as an adult then the best diapers would be adult sized adult disposable diapers.

You can buy good adult disposable diapers online for pretty cheap and they ship them to your door without any mention of the diapers on the box.

I'm urinary incontinent and have to wear adult diapers.

I wear Simplicity adult diapers that are plastic backed disposable diapers.

They do kind of resemble and feel like the old pampers diapers or years ago when I was in diapers as a toddler.

When I was a toddler I wore those plain white disposable diapers that were plastic backed and had no cute prints on them.

At one time baby diapers were plain white without any pictures on them.

Here's a link to the simplicity adult diapers that I wear all day for my urinary incontinence.

They work just as good as baby diapers do but are made for adults.
