The natural predators of coyotes are animals such as American alligators, large Canada lynx and golden eagles.

Other natural predators of coyotes are American Black Bears as well as Grizzly bears.

However coyotes are rarely attacked or preyed upon but if any of those animals are hungry and they see a coyote or coyotes the animals would attack and try to kill and eat the coyote for food.

A coyote can sometimes outrun those animals and get away before they are attacked and killed for food.

That is the first choice of the coyote is to run away before they get into a fight because they have a better chance of surviving if they were to run away instead of getting into a fight.

A coyote may be able to survive an attack by some other animals but it depends on the animal that is fighting them.

All animals in the wild naturally have predators which prey on them for food.
