Yes some other planets other than earth do have blue skies.

The planets of Neptune and Uranus have blue skies like earth does.

However the blue color of those planets Neptune and Uranus are a different shade of blue than the blue sky on earth.

The blue skies are caused by light particles that are scattered around and as the sun shines through those particles the sky looks blue.

Also some planets lack the atmosphere that earth has.

So not all planets are livable like earth is.

Earth as far as we know right now is the only planet that humans can live on.

If you're on other planets you need to wear space suits.
