Will goodnites hold poop?

I wouldn't recommend goodnites for pooping.

They will hold poop but are more prone to leak poop out than a regular tape on disposable diaper.

If you want to poop a diaper I recommend getting some tape on Adult Disposable diapers. They'll hold up better to pooping and even wetting.
