Walking can help relieve foot pain.

Walking and exercising can sometimes help relieve some types of foot pain depending on the actual cause of the foot pain.

If the foot pain is from standing too long, pinched nerves or other injury then walking on the foot may make the foot pain worse.

However if you're just experiencing foot pain and it's not due to the above things then sometimes walking can help ease the foot pain.

Exercise is very healthy for you and can help keep your blood flowing and keep your heart healthy as well.

Those who walk daily tend to live much longer and healthier lives than those people who sit around and not get much exercise.

Sometimes even soaking your feet in a warm tub of water can help ease the foot pain or massaging the foot can help ease the foot pain.

if the foot pain persists though then you should see a doctor about it because the foot pain can be caused by health issues such as diabetes.
