When you have sore feet the ice is much better at relieving the pain when you're suffering from sore feet.
You can apply an ice pack to the sore feet or fill a tub with some water and add some ice and then soak your feet in the ice water for awhile.
The water might be too cold for you at first but you usually get used to it and the ice helps get rid of the pain.
Or just applying some ice to the feet such as an ice pack can also help get rid of the foot pain.
Soaking your feet in warm water can also help ease foot pain as well.
Both heat and cold are good for relieving pain the but the ice is much better for sore feet.
I will usually soak my feet in cold ice water for 5 to 10 minutes when I have sore feet and then afterwards I will soak the feet in some warmer water to help warm the feet back up.
