If you're looking for a car seat like a child or toddler would ride in for safety and you're needing an adult sized version of a toddler car seat you can look into special needs car seats.

They do make the larger car seats to help safely restrain older kids and adults who need the safety restraint although they are more expensive than a toddler car seat.

Search google search for special needs car seats restraints and there will be several websites that show up that sell the adult sized car seats.

These car seats are like toddler forward facing car seats that have the harness but they are made for special needs adults.

They are around $1,000.00 though but if you need one or want one and have the money they do have them.

Yes they do make adult sized car seats with the harness but they are expensive.

You can find them online at special needs equipment websites and likely ebay as well.

I used to babysit a special needs 8 year old boy who needed a larger car seat and his parents had an extra one for me to keep in my car.

They are expensive but you can get them.

I have a special needs child car seat that I use in my house when I just want to be strapped into the car seat.

Sadly right now I have nobody to drive me around while I ride in the car seat but maybe one day.

The special needs car seats are great for adults to get the toddler feeling as I love being strapped in my car seat and it makes me feel helpless.

I love to sit in it on the floor while watching TV.

They also make race car seats with the harness which is another way you can feel like a toddler when driving or riding in the passenger seat.

In my car I replaced my regular seat with a race car seat and I love being strapped in that thing and it's also safer than the regular seat belt.
