Yes it's normal for infants as well as toddlers to roll their eyes back.

The infant or toddler will usually roll their eyes back when they are waking up or falling asleep which is very normal and a natural part of the baby waking up or falling asleep.

Not all babies will roll their eyes back but some do and even my babies did roll their eyes back and it was very normal although it seemed freaky to me when I first saw it.

I thought something may be wrong.

But it was okay for the babies to roll their eyes back.

The babies or infants and toddlers eyes will roll back under drooping eyelids and sometimes they also may stretch, yawn, or jerk.

All that is normal.
