Height reduction surgery is possible but it's not really to reduce your height.

When someone refers to Height reduction surgery they are referring to surgery where the surgeon can cut off part of your bone and make your legs an even length.

Some people are born with one leg a bit longer than the other and that makes it difficult for the person to walk properly.

So the Height reduction surgery can help make those legs the same length.

The surgeon would cut open the skin of the leg and then use a saw to cut part of the bone off and then use metal fasteners and screws to mount the bone back together.

So then the persons legs are the same height.

You could technically go in for Height reduction surgery and have your legs shortened if it's really want you want but the surgery is not cheap and you'll pay out of pocket for it.

I would actually rather be too tall than too short.

The cost of height reduction surgery is around $10,000.00 to $30,000.00
