Taking creatine everyday is not harmful for most people as long as they don't take more than 10 grams of creatine daily.

Most people can safely take up to 10 grams of creatine daily without any health issues.

However if you take more than 10 grams of creatine daily then it may cause health issues.

Taking too much creatine or taking creatine everyday for some people can cause stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea as well as muscle cramping.

The creatine causes your muscles to draw water out of the rest of your body so just be aware of how much creatine you're taking and you should be just fine.

When taking creatine there's no requirement or need to cycle the creatine unless you want too.

Some people do cycle creatine but you're not required to do so.

Most people do believe that you're supposed to cycle creatine but science studies have shown their is no need to cycle creatine.

Your body naturally produces creatine and when you're taking creatine your bodies own production of creatine will slow down some but your body will continue to produce the creatine and your own natural levels of creatine will then return to normal if and when you stop taking the creatine.

So if you want to cycle the creatine you can do so but it's not needed or required to cycle the creatine.

Just continue taking the creatine as normal and you will be just fine.
