NO. Bullets do not bounce around inside the body.

When a person gets shot with a bullet the bullet usually just penetrates the persons skin and then the bone or other organ depending on where they have been shot.

If the person is shot in the heart then the bullet will go through the skin and penetrate the heart muscle and the bullet will then usually stop there.

However sometimes when a bullet goes into a persons body and hits a bone then the bullet might ricochet off the bone and go somewhere else in the body such as to another bone or organ.

There have also been cases where someone was shot to death and the bullet went through their chest and out their back.

But most times a bullet goes through the persons skin and then stays in the body until the bullet can hopefully safely be removed.

Sometimes a bullet cannot safely be removed and has to remain in the person.
