Yes baking soda will remove chocolate stains from clothing or other fabric.

When you have clothing or other fabric stained with chocolate stains pour some baking soda onto the chocolate stain and then add a little vinegar.

Allow the vinegar and baking soda to react to each other and bubble and fizz then take a toothbrush or other scrub brush and scrub the chocolate stain out.

Then put the clothing or other fabric into the washing machine with a little baking soda and some vinegar again along with your laundry detergent and the chocolate stain should completely wash out.

I've done this myself with chocolate stains on my kids clothes and even my own clothes and it removed the chocolate stains.

Also if the chocolate stain has just happened then you can use Tide To Go to remove non set in fresh chocolate and food stains.
