If the baby is wearing a disposable diaper and the diaper is just a bit wet and not leaking then it's okay to let the baby sleep in the wet diaper all night.

For cloth diapers it's best to change the diaper at night when it's wet.

But with disposable diapers the disposable diaper holds in the wetness and keeps the babies skin dry so they do not get a rash.

I've always just let my babies sleep when they had a wet diaper and changed the babies diaper the next morning.

But if your baby is a heavy wetter at night then you may want to change the diaper or cut a slit in the first diaper and put a second diaper over the first to increase the diapers absorbency and allow the baby to sleep through the night.

Even poop is okay to let the baby sleep in at night.
