A good bed time for a Newborn bay is around 9:00 PM.
Newborns will also usually sleep a lot during the day at least during the first 6 months of their lives and they will usually cry during the night for the first 6 months of their lives as well.
When you have a newborn you should be prepared to wake up in the middle of the night to feed the newborn, change diapers etc.
But it gets easier the older the baby gets.
My babies were put to bed when newborns by 9:00 PM which gave me time to get a shower and get ready for bed myself.
I always made sure my babies went to bed by 9:00 PM at the latest up until they were 5 years old.
Then when they started school they needed to be in bed at around 7:30 PM so they had time to get enough sleep to be ready for school the next day.
