Yes distilling water does remove the Pfas.
However you can also remove the Pfsas from water by using diffusion and reverse osmosis which is much better at removing the Pfas and cheaper.
If you have a reverse osmosis system in your house for your water the reverse osmosis can help remove the pfas with ease.
You can also distill the water to remove the Pfas if you want too but using diffusion and reverse osmosis or just diffusion or the reverse osmosis alone can remove the Pfas.
The PFAS molecules are small enough which means they can easily pass through carbon block filters however they do not stand a chance when it comes to the power of selective diffusion and reverse osmosis.
