The maximum speed at which a human can run is 28 MPH if they are fit and are good runners.

Most people and humans run at a speed of between 10 MPH to 15 MPH.

But if you're a good runner you may be able to up your speed to as much as 28 MPH which is pretty fast when it comes to running.

Humans walk at an average speed of between 3 to 4 miles per hour.

So if you were to walk an hour you would cover at least 3 to 4 miles in that one hour of walking depending on your walking speed.

Walking slower will take longer to cover the same amount of miles than walking faster.

I remember breaking down in my car 5 miles from home and was on a back road where no help was available and I had no cell phone signal.

So I had to walk home.

With some breaks it took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to walk the 5 miles home.

It was good exercise but my legs and feet hurt.

My husband went back and got the car with his trailer.
