If the workplace harassment is happening from a coworker then you should speak with the boss about the harassment.
Usually that will stop the workplace harassment especially if the harassment is documented on security cameras which it usually is.
However if the workplace harassment continues and the boss does nothing about it or the boss is the one doing the workplace harassment then you should file a claim with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
They can then get the workplace harassment to stop.
Or you could hopefully find another job first and then quit the current job if it's too much of a problem.
