Yes stress can increase your eye pressure and the blood pressure in the veins in your eyes.

When you're stressed out your blood pressure increases and when your blood pressure increases too much it can lead to increased blood pressure in your eyes.

When you have too much blood pressure in your eyes you can get a burst blood vessel in the eye and have blood in the eyes.

Usually the burst blood vessel in the eye heals on it's own and the blood goes away but if you're worried see an eye doctor or go to the emergency room or urgent care center.

When I was stressed out for about a week the eye pressure in my eye increased and as a result I had a burst blood vessel in the eye.

That was really scary and I thought I was gonna go blind.

I went to the emergency room and they drained some blood from the eye and said that is should heal within a few days to a week.

It took 2 weeks for the eye to get back to normal.
