It's not bad to exercise when it's cold as long as you dress warmly and don't overdo the exercise.

When you exercise during the cold weather it can be harder to breathe such as when running so you may get tired more easily when running or jogging during cold weather.

But as long as you don't overdo it and take breaks during the exercise when it's cold out you'll be okay.

I go jogging and running and even just walking sometimes during the cold weather to get exercise.

Yes it's harder to run in the cold weather than it is to run in the warmer weather.

The reason it's harder to run in cold weather is the cold weather makes it hard to breathe especially if the cold weather is below freezing.

During really cold weather it becomes harder to breathe especially when you're working your body hard by running.

You get exhausted more easily and get out of breathe more easily as well when it's cold.

When it's warmer weather you can breathe easier and have more energy so you can run faster and easier without much strain.

Also another reason it's harder to run in cold weather is during the cold weather, your heart rate and the bodies dehydration levels are lower.
