If you need to neutralize Jalapeno Juice you can use milk, sugar or soap.
If you get Jalapeno Juice in your eye you can soak a rag in some milk and then dab your eye with the milk as milk helps to neutralize the Jalapeno Juice and stop the burning.
If you get Jalapeno Juice on your hands you can just wash your hands with some Dawn Dish Soap or any other soap and the soap will help neutralize the Jalapeno Juice.
You can also pour some vinegar onto your hands to help neutralize the Jalapeno Juice as the acid helps to neutralize it.
Then wash your hands with some regular soap a few times and then the Jalapeno Juice should no longer be on your hands or skin.
You can also dab some vinegar on your eyes if you get Jalapeno Juice in your eye and then wash it out with some water.
