Sudden Insomnia can be caused by several different things such as stress, anxiety, consumption of caffeine etc.

Depression, anger, worry, grief, trauma, nightmares, bipolar disorder etc can all cause sudden Insomnia or Insomnia in general.

The best treatment for Insomnia is to get either some prescription sleeping pills or get some over the counter sleeping pills.

The prescription sleeping pills which are prescribed by your doctor cost a lot of money though and if your insurance does not pay for it then you'll have to pay out of pocket.

Those prescription sleeping pills can cost as much as $400.00 to $500.00 per month.

You can get over the counter sleeping pills which are cheaper and cost around $20.00 per month or less depending on the brand of sleeping pills.

You can also try avoid coffee or other caffeinated drinks a few hours before bed.

Caffeine can keep you awake and make sure to try and go to sleep the same time each day or night when you sleep.

Apple cider vinegar seems to help some people fall asleep and stay asleep.
