I just got a call a few minutes ago from the IRS saying I had a warrant for my arrest if I didn't go get a Money Gram and pay them what I owed.

They said if I hung up the phone that they would be sending a police officer out to arrest me.

Is this true? I hung up the phone and am now worried about getting arrested.

The call you got was NOT from the IRS.

That call was a Scam call that has been going on for awhile now. The IRS does NOT work that way.

You will get a bill first. But still they won't demand you make payment over phone.

DON'T FALL FOR IT.

No Police will be coming to your door.

A neighbor lady sadly fell for that SCAM. She lost $1,000.00 to it and can't get it back.

Whenever that number calls just don't answer or if you do answer just hang up right away.

WOW. Sadly some people do fall for those stupid scams. I wish they would stop.
