Yes sprouts are good for weight loss.

Sprouts are a healthy food to eat when you're on a weight loss diet as the sprouts are low in calories but also highly nutritious.

I went on a weight loss diet a year ago and ate mostly sprouts as well as got plenty of exercise and I lost 80 lbs of weight in the year.

The 80 lbs of weight loss was my weight loss goal so I lost the desired weight I was looking to lose.

Sprouts are not only good for weight loss but also highly nutritious and contain vitamins, minerals etc which all keep your body healthy.

Another good food to eat during a weight loss diet is cabbage soup.

Cabbage soup is also low in calories and keeps your stomach feeling full so you won't want to eat other high calorie foods.
