Yes you could get pregnant by using a Turkey Baster.
My sister used a Turkey Baster to get pregnant with her boyfriends sperm when her boyfriend was not interested in actually having sex but wanted to become a father and she wanted to become a mother.
So her boyfriend put some of his sperm into a container and then put the sperm into a Turkey Baster and then he inserted the Turkey Baster into my sisters Vagina.
She laid back and held her Vagina up in the air so that gravity could force the sperm into her.
Her boyfriend used the Turkey baster and it got her pregnant so yes it is possible to get pregnant by use of a Turkey Baster but make sure you don't use the Turkey baster on any Turkey.
Just use it one time for pregnancy and throw it away or put it away in your closet or somewhere and mark it for sex use.
However when most people get pregnant through artificial insemination they actually use a disposable syringe to get pregnant but you can use the turkey baster if you so desire.
