I do believe that Diaper Boy Tommy was potty trained, although is dad kept him in diapers most of the time because he wanted his son in diapers like himself.
His dad I believe was a diaper lover and wanted to keep his son in diapers and made him wear his Thick pampers diapers at home and even when out in public.
But I heard that Diaper Boy Tommy was sent to school in either underwear or Pull Ups and then when at home wore Pampers Most of the time.
