The symptoms of low estrogen levels are Mood disruption/changes, Joint Pain, Memory Loss, Cognitive changes.

Other symptoms of low estrogen are New onset depression, Insomnia, Sleep Disruption, Vaginal dryness and Hot Flashes and or Night Sweats.

A low estrogen level can also cause things such as headaches or accentuation of pre-existing migraines, breast tenderness, irregular or absent periods,an increase in urinary tract infections (UTIs) due to a thinning of the urethra and painful sex due to a lack of vaginal lubrication.

If you think you may have low estrogen then you should let your doctor know so they can test you to see if you are actually low on estrogen.

If you are low on estrogen you can take some estrogen supplements to increase your estrogen levels.

Or you can just get the estrogen supplements and start taking the estrogen supplements and see if it helps.
