Yes indeed Watermelon can help you lose weight.

Watermelon is low in calories but can help you lose weight by keeping you feeling full.

The Watermelon is very filling but also is mostly water content so the Watermelon is great for weight loss.

Watermelon alone is not enough to lose weight but if you eat Watermelon instead of other high calorie foods you can still eat food but still lose weight.

Because when you consume less calories you don't have to burn off those extra calories and we still must eat something even when losing weight.

Because although going a day without food is okay for fasting for weight loss you can't go for a long time without food because you'll get sick and can pass out and die.

So when you eat low calorie foods you still have food inside of you that provides you with vitamins, nutrition and energy but you still lose weight.

Exercising through jogging, walking, running, cycling etc is also required to lose a lot of weight overtime.

I don't think so, honestly... If you want to lose weight fast, I would recommend that you check out this Best Way to Lose Belly Fat, for example. I think those pills are really good and helpful, think about it ;)
