Yes using dryer sheets in the dryer when you dry clothes or laundry that has some leftover pet hair on them can help remove the pet hair.
When you need to remove pet hair from clothes or laundry try removing the majority of it by use of your hands, a pet hair brush, lint roller etc.
Then after you get most of the pet hair off of the clothes or laundry wash them like you normally would and then throw a few dryer sheets into the dryer with the laundry or clothes.
Th dryer sheets have anti static properties which can help get rid of the pet hair and then the dryer sheets will help the dryers lint trap catch the pet hair.
I've had good luck using dryer sheets to get rid of pet hair off my my clothes and sheets.
