French Bulldogs have an aggressive character which makes the French Bulldog look dangerous to people who have never been around French Bulldogs or have never owned French Bulldogs.
However French Bulldogs are not actually dangerous.
Instead French Bulldogs are mostly friendly and loving dogs and are very affectionate towards people including their owners.
Now if you were to be mean to the French Bulldog then the French Bulldog may harm you in self defense.
And then again there might be the rare French Bulldog that may be mean but most French Bulldogs are very loving and affectionate and would not harm you or your family.
French Bulldogs are pretty good towards children as well and usually get along with most people including cats and other dogs.
