Doing cardio everyday is not bad and your health may improve as a result of doing cardio everyday.

However if your goal is to lose weight or lose belly fat with the cardio exercise then you don't have to do the cardio workout or cardio exercise daily.

Doing cardio everyday makes it boring and may make you want to stop the cardio so I would recommend doing cardio every few days.

So do the cardio workout and then wait a day or two and then do some more cardio.

Doing the cardio less than everyday is still very effective for losing weight, losing belly fat and getting overall healthy.
