When using a rowing machine to lose weight you can lose between 1 to 2 lbs of weight per week safely.

That means that if you use a rowing machine often enough you can lose between 4 to 8 lbs of weight per month or 48 lbs to 96 lbs of weight per year.

If you use the rowing machine more often such as in every few days or even everyday then you will lose the desired weight much faster and you'll give yourself a good cardio workout as well.

A rowing machine workout strengthens your muscles and gets your heart pumping which is good for your muscles including your heart.

I lost 100 lbs of weight in one year of using a rowing machine and I used the rowing machine 4 times a week and rowed for 60 minutes each day.

I didn't row 60 minutes at one time but instead I used the rowing machine for 20 minutes at a time and took a break and came back and did another 20 minutes and then again another 20 minutes which equaled 60 minutes.
