Does being hungry help you lose weight?

Yes being hungry can help you lose weight.

When you're hungry and do not eat much your body then feeds off your bodies fat which then helps you lose weight.

If you eat then your body will get the energy it needs from the food you eat.

However when you don't eat and remain hungry then your body uses the fat stored in your body to provide the body with energy.

That fat is then burned off through your body eating it as food for energy.

However remaining hungry is not very good for your health because being hungry and not eating or starving yourself can make you sick and even possibly die as a result.

So if you want to eat less just do that and continue eating some low calorie foods and exercise to help you lose weight.

Being hungry is a stress for your organism. If you want to lose weight you need to start with normalizing nutrition. Avoid eating sweets, fatty, and salty food, fewer fruits. more vegetables. The last meal should be 3 hours before you go to sleep. Check useful info at ashtech.

However it's not healthy to be too hungry and not eating enough food and not consuming enough calories is also very unhealthy.

To keep healthy and avoid passing out you need to consume at least 1,200 calories and if you consume less than 1,200 calories per day you can become weak and pass out.

And also your body becomes unhealthy.

Yes it is bad for your health to only consume only 1000 calories per day when losing weight or at any other time.

You need to consume at least 1,200 calories per day minimum to stay health because not enough calories can make you unhealthy although you may lose more weight by eating less than 1,200 calories.

As long as you're consuming at least 1,200 to 1,800 calories per day you can still lose weight and still be healthy.

When working on weight loss you still need to eat some food because our bodies need energy and we get very unhealthy and weak when we don't eat.
