The toxoplasmosis organism in cats is not spread by the fur or saliva or through the cats claws so it's not possible to get the toxoplasmosis from a cat scratch.

However if the cat does have toxoplasmosis then you could catch the toxoplasmosis through contact with cat feces from the cat that is infected.

Toxoplasmosis is spread from cats to humans or spread to humans and Infection usually occurs by eating undercooked contaminated meat, exposure from infected cat feces, or mother to child transmission during pregnancy.

A cat scratch rarely causes any other health issues but some people may get cat scratch fever from being scratched by a cat.

Cat scratch fever or cat scratch disease is an infection that sometimes occurs in people who get scratched by cats.

Symptoms of cat scratch disease or cat scratch fever include a non painful bump or blister at the site of injury and painful and swollen lymph nodes.
