No you should never put non stick pans in the dishwasher.
When you put non stick pans in the dishwasher the intense spray from the dishwasher can actually harm the non stick surface.
The dishwasher will eventually overtime wear off the non stick coating and make the pans a no non stick pan.
So you'll eventually ruin the non stick pans surface by removing the coating when washing the non stick pans in the dishwasher.
Non Stick pans should just be washed by hand gently to avoid removing the non stick pan coating.
I once ruined a good non stick pan that I washed in the dishwasher and after about 10 washes of the non stick pan in the dishwasher the non stick coating wore off.
The pan was still usable but it no longer had the non stick coating.
