Can cancer patients donate organs?

I don't have cancer and I really hope I never get it but I was just curious if someone has cancer can the cancer patient donate organs upon their death?

Cancer patients can be organ donors but only certain parts of the body may be donated due the cancer.

As long as the cancer hasn't affected some organs then the cancer patient can donate those organs that aren't affected by cancer.
